Kickstart every week with our Wellbeing Self-Love session.

During this 60 minute session we start with some breathwork and intention setting.

Followed by a guided meditation on the topic of the week, rounded off with positive affirmations and a positive energy boost, setting you up for the week and improving your overall wellbeing.

A minimum of 8 people booked on to the session is required for the session to go ahead.
