We have a range of interactive online events you can join to inspire and help you transform your life to one full of purpose, confidence and happiness. 

Once a month we hold an interactive 90 minute workshops to guide you further along your transformation, these are for action takers who are ready to create positive change in their life.

Every Monday at 6pm we kickstart the week with a wellbeing hour long session where we focus on a particular topic (listed below) through meditation, with affirmations and a boost of positive energy to set you up for the week.

We round up the week on a Friday at 5pm with 60 minutes of pure wind-down. Release all the tension and stress of the week and move into the weekend feeling calm and relaxed with this ultimate wellbeing session.
